Service Center

Rotax Electronics’ Service Center is fully equipped to undertake Base Repairs of the entire spectrum of its portfolio. Staffed with trained engineer duly backed up by State of the art Test Equipment; it is our mainstay in the service of our customers and products. We attend to the distress calls for repairs 24x7 and ensure a ‘Near same Day’ turn around.

Repair

Professional ‘After Sales Service’ of all the products marketed by us has been instrumental in carving a niche in the longevity of our association with our clientele. Our aim is ensuring operational worthiness of our products deployed across the country and to add punch in our battle against adverse circumstances. Inventoried by a stream of spares our response to defects is ‘Zero Time’ before the equipment wakes up again to undertake fresh assignments.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

In our commitment to continue serving the products sold by us; we also undertake AMC responsibilities which include periodic inspections and maintenance schedules after expiry of warranty liabilities. Our endeavour has been to enhance the efficiency of our products and add a ‘Force Multiplier’ in our operational service to the Nation.

Training

We also extend Comprehensive Training Schedule to our clients in an effort to improve their response efficiency towards an unforeseen emergency. We also serve Advanced Training Capsule involving First level of repairs by the customer supported by the spares supplied by us.
